Refund policy

EXHANGES & RETURNS:

  • In case of any return related issue, please write a mail to tarun@amyah.in within 7 days of receiving the product. Maximum time taken to revert to a customer’s queries is 1 week.
  • Amyah will arrange to take a reverse pickup from the delivered location. In case reverse pickup is not possible due to any unforeseen reason, client is requested to use any local courier to ship the product back.
  • If the product is returned due to any technical fault, delivering of wrong product, complete order value plus any courier charges incurred by client in shipping the product back will be paid. Return courier charges will be compensated for maximum value Rs 100/.

  • For any exchange of return of the product apart from technical reason will be charged Rs 200/- (minimum charges) for shipping and delivery of the new product. If there is a price difference with the new exchange product, difference amount has to be paid in advance to start the process. 
  • If the product is returned due to any other reason, Bank Refund - We refund the amount minus Rs. 200/- (adjusted towards shipping & COD charges) per product in your bank account. We need following bank details - Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank, and Branch to process the refund.
  • If product is returned, Refund process will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return. Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we refund the amount within 10 days. If, however, the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 20 days of our receiving of the return package from you. Amyah will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.
  • Items to be returned must be unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including polyester bags, brand tags.
  • Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the custom products to client’s requirement Products on sale.

Refunds are made as follows:

  1. If the payment was made in cash, then the refund is made in the form of a bank transfer.
  2. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made.
  • The final decision of return rests with Amyah Creations and clients should abide by the final decision.
  • Amyah Creations has discretionary rights to give waivers to client's basis the usage history, service gesture on the amount of courier refund charges etc.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders cannot be returned . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
